At Shademont, accessibility is a cornerstone of our promise to clients and partners. Our mission is to create solutions that are usable and inclusive for everyone, including individuals with disabilities. To support this, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) Level AA as the benchmark for our digital platforms. This standard reflects our ongoing effort to ensure that every visitor can engage with our services without barriers.

Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS)

We also support clients who use Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). TRS enables people with hearing or speech disabilities to communicate over the telephone through devices such as text telephones (TTY).

To simplify this process, you can dial 711 anywhere in the United States to be connected with a TRS operator. Whether using voice or text relay, this service allows you to place and receive calls seamlessly.
